I am subletting my furnished double room for 3 months while I’m away (March - June '26). You’ll be sharing a quiet and beautiful home on Claribel Road with one friendly professional female (Tilly).
The space includes:

• Your own private bathroom (sole use, located upstairs)
• Shared access to a cozy living room, fully equipped kitchen, and a peaceful backyard.
• The Location (good commuting distances):
• 8-min walk to Loughborough Junction (Thameslink).
• 13-min walk to Oval (Northern Line).
• 14-min walk to Stockwell (Victoria & Northern Lines).
• 16-min walk to Brixton (Victoria Line & Overground).
Who we are looking for: To maintain the comfort and safety of my current housemate, we have a strong preference for a female subtenant. However, we wouldn't automatically disqualify a male subtenant. We’re looking for someone clean, respectful, and reliable for the 3-month term. There is some flexibility on the move-in and move-out so please get in touch if you'd like to discuss this.
