My property is situated in the Surrey Hills equidistant between Dorking, Guildford and Cranleigh. It's at the end of a private toad in a quiet location with off road parking. There are many local walks and bike rides in the local area. It is designated as an area of Outstanding natural beauty. I currently share my home with my two Golden Retrievers and a rescue cat.
Any applicant should be animal friendly, and a non smoker. I would prefer to not have a shift worker as I sleep lightly and would find this disruptive. They should be clean, tidy and respectful, keeping the rooms in the same condition they are currently in. The accommodation has just undergone total refurbishment, including new carpets and redecoration.
The rent of £625 pcm does not include bills.
If its needed Monday to Friday then there will be a £ 50 pcm towards service charges. Total £675
If its needed full time, there will be £75 toward the extra council tax i shall be charged, plus £60 pcm toward service bills. Total £ 760 for an individual.
If its full time for a couple it will cost £800pcm.
All references and credit checks will be undertaken and proof of Right to Rent will be required ( passport, drivers licence, or valid visa or settled status documents etc)
A deposit will be taken equivalents one months rent.
