I am looking for a student to take over my room tenancy for this summer or ASAP (I am flexible so feel free to ask), if you are interested please let me know!

Take Over Date: anywhere from April 1st- May 1st 2026

The people who work here are really lovely and helpful, there is also always maintanance available.
Please note you must be a studying at Exeter. Preferably you will be female as this an all female flat bit feel free to reach out in any case and I will see what I can do!
