Each has fully controllable radiators and all safety certificates are in place.
The house is situated in a quiet close with free parking and a bike store. There is a large back garden with summer BBQ.
The house has been a student house for 15 years.
The deposit is just £300 and it is a 12 month contract that can be renewed next year.
All bills are divided equally between 6 students and are roughly around £20 per month depending on usage. There is a walk through video on request.
