Double room in a first floor maisonette in the Llanishen area of Cardiff, the room has a double bed, plenty of cupboard/storage space, a desk , chair and TV with all the channels , Netflix etc. Bedding if required.
The property has all the usual facilities and conveniences for you to use, gardens to the front and back, the back garden being enclosed and private, there is plenty of on street parking,

Good transport links, with bus stops a 2 minute walk, train about 20 minute walk, Llanishen village is a 5 minute walk away where there are plenty of ameninties, including , shops, library, pub, fish and chip shop, coffee shops, post office, church barbers and hairdressers.
There are supermarkets and gym facilities walking distance aswel.

A little about me, i am female, aged 57, a support worker, supporting adults with autism, challenging behaviour and learning disabilities, i work full time, and keep myself very busy with work, family commitments, the gym and the outdoors, i like a quiet, calm and relaxed life, i dont smoke, and very rarely have a drink, I will mostly keep myself to myself, having said that, i am a friendly, approachable person !

Im ideally looking for a female lodger, prefably short term or a Mon -Fri let.
But happy to discuss other options.
I have stated £600 PCM including bills, but that's flexible if its a Mon- Fri let only.
