We have a spacious master double room available in our well-maintained home, and I am looking for a friendly lodger to join us. You will only be living with two friendly housemates!

The property features two large bathrooms and will accommodate a total of three residents, including myself. My current housemate and I are both full-time professionals, and we value respect, friendliness, and cleanliness.

Our house is situated on a tranquil street in the heart of Southend city centre and boasts a lovely garden.

The property has been recently renovated and thoroughly cleaned. We offer fast internet and all the essentials, such as a washing machine, fridge, and oven... The room itself is furnished with quality items, including a super comfy divan bed with an orthopaedic mattress, ensuring a great night’s sleep.

We also have a cleaner who takes care of the shared areas weekly, and we encourage all housemates to tidy up after themselves.
