The home is a beautiful semi detached 2 bedroom 1 bathroom property. It has a spacious living space and a big kitchen that overlooks the large garden.

I am planning on moving up north to be with my family so I am downsizing in preparation. The house is warm and inviting and perfect for hosting friends in the garden. The remaining house mate is a young professional male in his mid 20s who works from home.

The house is a 10 minute walk from Raynes Park station (south western rail) , 12 minutes walk to Wimbledon chase (thameslink) and a 15 minute bus to South Wimbledon (underground), there is also a bus stop at the top of the road for easy and quick trips into Wimbledon or the Tescos extra.

We have a lot of shops near by as well as a tram link to the massive Ikea in Croydon.

The rent is £800 per month
The bills are currently £191 each per month (water/lights/council tax/wifi etc)
The deposit will be paid directly to me as it is in a deposit scheme with the agency.
