We are seeking a longer term non smoking, working professional who is quiet, polite, respectful, has good communication skills, with good references and goes out to work. Perfect contractor digs.

We live in the adjacent linked part of our 3 bedroom bungalow. Our household is 2 adults and my JR dog. We are quiet and respectful and require the same from our lodger.
