Hello everyone!! We have a small double room available in our lovely, social Lewisham flat that comes with a garden. The room is £725.00.
Sadly one of our housemates is moving back abroad which means her room is now available. Currently, there are three housemates aged 23–30, I am a photographer, Amira is a teacher, and Nastia is an actor. We enjoy having dinner together, chatting, and occasionally hosting friends, but we also respect each other’s space and quiet time. The flat defo has a friendly, social and relaxed vibe. So if that’s something you’re looking for please reach out, we’d love to hear from you!
The flat itself has huge windows, so it’s always bright and full of natural light. There’s also a large lounge and kitchen and two bathrooms (one on each floor).
The room would fit a double bed and we can discuss what furniture you would like in the room.
Bills are £120 per month, covering wifi, council tax, gas, electricity, and water.
We’re in a great location, just 2 minutes from Lewisham Centre, with plenty of shops, cafés, and a big market nearby. The DLR and train station are about 8 minutes away, taking you straight into Central London in under 15 minutes.
