Room Advert: We have a single, bright, and clean room available in our well-kept 4-bedroom house to share with a Pakistani family.

I live here with my elderly parents (who do not speak English), so we would ideally prefer someone who speaks Urdu/Hindi or Punjabi for ease of communication at home. I am often in and out of the country and am looking for someone reliable, responsible, and pleasant to live with.

4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms
Tidy and well-maintained

Rent:

Standard rent: £550 per month (inclusive of all bills for a single occupant)

Special offer: £200 per month, in exchange for helping with light household chores, including cooking evening dinners. This option allows you to enjoy family meals, saving on both rent and food costs.

Urdu/Hindi / Punjabi speaking
Responsible, tidy, and respectful
Comfortable living with elderly parents
Working in HealthCare will be a great advantage, but not essential.
