I have a small single room, (no couples) which comes with a single bed, wardrobe, draws, desk and chair. You will need to provide your own bed lining.
We have various rules in place, basically re noise levels and tidying up after oneself, so we all live in harmony. A cleaner comes every fortnight for the communal areas.
Please note the kitchen facilities, there is no oven / hob, but a very good convector microwave oven instead, plus an air fryer, toaster and other bits and pieces. Fridge, freezer and washing machine.
The bathroom has a shower.

The flat is located on a 2nd floor (no lift) 4 minutes walk from Worthing town centre, 4 minutes to the beach, 15 minutes to the railway station and 25 minutes to Worthing Hospital.
