I have a single room available for rent in Colinton area of Edinburgh.
Property is small 1 bedroom. I currently sleep in living room/kitchen area and the single bedroom is available to the right tenant.
Because the property is very small, there would be no access to kitchen or living room area as this is where I live and sleep. No guests allowed in property. You would have your own private room with a lock and key for your bedroom door. You would have freedom to use bathroom and shower whenever you like. Free use of washing machine. There is very good shower and bath.
Would suit someone who doesn’t require access to living room/kitchen.
Large tv in bedroom with built in wardrobe.
Free parking.
Looking for Quiet peaceful friendly tenant, and no party animals and no smokers please.
