Seeking a mature, sensible, quiet lady to rent the single room either furnished or unfurnished. £650 a month ALL bills included.
I am a mature lady, 59, who lives quietly and takes good care of property.
Its a female only household, no smoking and no pets.
The kitchen, bathroom, Lounge and garden are shared.
References and proof of reliable income are required.
