This is a single bedroom that includes a single bed with a single wardrobe with shelves/drawers, bedside table and lamp.

The house contains a spacious communal fully equipped kitchen/ lounge/ diner with a large oak table and 6 chairs plus sofas and coffee tables and lamps. There is a covered outside area leading to the lawned garden. The kitchen, includes a double oven, range hob, microwave and fridge freezer. There is a utility room off the hallway with a washing machine.

There are 2 bathrooms, one on the ground floor with shower/ toilet and one on the first floor with jacuzzi bath/ shower/ toilet.

We are looking for someone considerate of others and who is clean/ tidy and does not keep late hours or play music or TV loudly and is respectful of the residential neighbours.
