I’m offering my private student room at iQ Haywood in West Hampstead, London for a short-term stay of one month only. It was £1520 but we propose it at £1250
My tenancy officially runs until June 6th, but I’ll be leaving London at the end of April. This means someone can take over the room for the remaining period, with only one month of rent to pay.
