Short term let - available now until April 28

Description

I’m subletting my mezzanine room in a converted warehouse in Manor House, available from now until to April 28.

The room is bright and spacious with a high ceiling, mezzanine and skylights with a window that opens. Rent is £850 pcm and includes all bills, household goods and wifi.

You will be living with a mixed bunch of 19 lovely individuals with an assortment of nationalities, ages, sexualities, interests, and occupations and one small dog. This is quite a chill warehouse, but prone to dinners, movie-nights, bbq’s, and occasional parties.

We value diversity and would especially welcome POC and LGBTQ+ candidates and would best suit someone above 25.

We have a weekly cleaner (included in the rent) and a kitchen rota to keep things tidy.

The house is located about a 10-15 minute walk from Manor House, Seven Sisters and Stamford Hill stations and is about 20-30 minutes away from Stoke Newington Church Street.

The original submitter fell through so I’m now looking for someone who’s able to take the room asap and who’ll fit in well with the other housemates!
