Assalam alaikum, £175 per person monthly for massive big room which is already shared by pakistani male student in Bolton BL1 3.. (Greater Manchester). Looking for a person for long-term. Rent doesn't include electricity, gas, water bills, CT, WiFi, etc, which will be shared with all housemates in the house. Deposit £250 per person and rent in advance £175 per person. Shared kitchen and bathroom.

Other rooms are shared by pakistani male students & non students. Entrance, stairs access, and exit via kitchen. I am looking for decent people who don't smoke and drink alcohol at home. Please message.

Smoke alarms (downstairs & upstairs) and carbon monoxide alarm fixed in the kitchen for safety purposes. EPC rating is C. Got gas and electric safety certificates. Around GBP 2k New worcester greenstar boiler installed in June 2025.

Noorul Islam Mosque, GP surgeries, pharmacies, school and bus stop are within walkable distance.
