An Open-minded Caribbean guy seeking a straight/bi/gay male room-mate, to share a 1-bedroom ground-floor flat with a private secure side entrance and small outdoor side garden. The rent is inclusive of all utilities (excluding your own groceries). You will share the flat with me (a king-size bed, bathroom, kitchen/office). Own set of keys is provided. Unfortunately, no sleepover guests are allowed, due to the need for privacy and working from home during the day. I expect to work some nights each week, so this may suit someone who works during the day, even if it's early/late shift patterns. It is located close to a park and 2 Overground stations (Sydenham and Forest Hill). Buses to Croydon, Lewisham, and 24H bus to central London close by. Before I make contact by phone, could you let me know your age, background/heritage and UK residency status, as well as your current living arrangement, and if you have a partner (as this rental is not suitable for couples or sleep-overs? There is no deposit required, just the rent (£425.00) in advance. The rental will continue monthly and each month's rent due in advance of each monthly cycle thereafter. This arrangement will be subject to contunuous review to ensure both parties are happy and issues address appropriately.
