We are a Transitional Housing provider offering accommodation to adults who receive Universal Credit.

We are pleased to offer rooms in this well-presented, fully furnished shared house, available for immediate occupancy.

Eligibility:

Applicants must be aged 18 or over and receive Universal Credit, along with at least one of the following:
* Personal Independence Payment (PIP)
* Disability Living Allowance (DLA)
* Attendance Allowance
* Employment and Support Allowance – Support Component
* Carer’s Allowance
* Guardian’s Allowance
* Armed Forces Compensation Scheme payments
* Armed Forces Independence Payment
* War Pension
* War Widow’s Pension
* Industrial Injuries Disablement Benefit
* Universal Credit with the Limited Capability for Work element
* Universal Credit with the Carer Element

There is:

* No deposit
* No rent in advance
* No guarantor required
* No administration charges
* No fees to pay
