We are looking for creatives who are looking for a space to nurture their pursuits.

Looking for people that are stable, responsible and respectful. Between 30 and 45, experienced in communal living and competent in communication, compromise and house trained.

Artists, Makers, Dancers, Performers, Aerialists, Yogis, Foodies, Fitness/Health Fiends...This is not a party house.

The rooms are huge and the space is huge. Two bathrooms, a large open plan kitchen, a mezzanine chill area with projector, communal table/dining area, and 2 large mirrored studio spaces.

The house is well equipped with storage space, weights bench, dance floor lino, foam squares, crash mats, and punch bags. Poles and colourama going up soon.

Ceiling at 3.8m, rigging at 3.4m.

Within a 10 min walk there is a lovely local park connected to the River Lea canal and some of the biggest open green space in London in the form of the Walthamstow Wetlands and Hackney Marshes, plus lots of shops, big and small, and great transport links - Kings Cross St Pancras in 20 minutes, Oxford Circus in 25.

Based between Seven Sisters and Tottenham Hale there’s the Victoria Line, the Overground, and direct trains to Stratford, Liverpool Street, Cambridge, and Stansted Airport.
