I have one bedroom ground floor flat. I need additional funds so I am renting out my living room.
It currently has a sofa bed in there and a tv. Good transport links, I have a dog and a cat.
They are very friendly , but of course you must like pets.
I'm in the process of having a new kitchen fitted.The bathroom is not brand new but of course there is running hot water and gas and electric.
