Room to rent in house Erdington area B24. You would be sharing with myself and grown up daughter. Non smoker preferred. Close to bus routes, 15 minute walk to station. I couldn't upload a pic of the room. If you whatsapp me I can send a few pics. I would require a £200 refundable deposit and a months rent in advance. Full use of kitchen and white goods. You would share the bathroom with my daughter. There is a wifi facility. No off road parking, street parking available. Would suit somebody with a more mature outlook on life, I am not in the business of wet nursing somebody who has only just learned how to tie up their shoe laces. References will be required.
