Hi I've got a couple of rooms available to rent that ideally I either let one room out to an individual or if you're a couple or poss have young child, can maybe rent out 2 rooms.
I live in the property myself and am 39yrs old. I've got a 9yr old son who is with me half the time and has a room in the house and a 3yr old Labrador cross dog who is very friendly and is fine with all people, including children.
The house has 3 bathrooms, I've just pictured one, a reception room currently unused and has garden with access to allotment and driveway for parking. Address is near village hotel just off broad lane in whoberley. Any questions please ask, cheers Dan
