I have two lovely rooms available on the second floor of my peaceful, well-kept home. It’s a clean, comfortable, and homely space, perfect for someone who values quiet surroundings and mutual respect.

🛏️ Room Details:
Room 1 (Small Room):
Located at the front side of the house on the second floor, near the front entrance. It’s cosy and bright, perfect for one person. Comes fully furnished with a bed, wardrobe, desk, and chair.

Room 2 (Large Room):
Spacious and comfortable, overlooking the nice back garden. Comes fully furnished with a queen bed, wardrobe, drawers, and desk.

🛁 The shared bathroom on the second floor is bright and clean, featuring a bathtub, WC, and washbasin.
The bathroom is shared between three bedrooms, one of which is occupied by a female tenant who works and studies.

🏠 About the House:
The home is quiet, tidy, and well cared for, set in a safe and pleasant neighbourhood.
The ground floor includes a living room and private bedroom suite occupied by the landlord (that’s me).
There is a large shared kitchen on the ground floor, fully equipped with all appliances, including a cooker, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, kettle, toaster, and washing machine.
The kitchen has all cookware, cutlery, and utensils, ready for everyone to use.
I also have a lovely back garden, perfect for relaxing, enjoying the sunshine, or having a quiet cup of tea outdoors.

The house is in a great location, with a bus stop right outside and the station nearby. It’s also within walking distanceof a supermarket, local shops, a clinic, schools, a lovely park, and a cosy café everything you need is close by.

Current Tenants:
There is already one tenant on the second floor, a friendly and hardworking lady who is both employed and studying. She is quiet, respectful, and easy to live with …I’m looking for similar tenants to maintain the pleasant and peaceful atmosphere of the house.

I’m looking for clean, considerate, and responsible tenants – ideally working professionals or students who appreciate a quiet, comfortable place to live.
