We are looking for a new long-term flatmate, preferably a student for council tax reasons, to replace a current tenant who is moving out. We are two students at the University of Edinburgh, who have been living in this flat for two years now, and are generally easygoing and get along well with others. One of us owns a Labrador service dog, Fenris, pictured above, so only dog-friendly people should apply. We are usually busy with studies, but one of us (Ambrose) often hosts gaming/movie nights in their room and other small flat social events. You would also share with one other new tenant, a friend also studying at the University of Edinburgh.
In addition to the bedroom you would also have exclusive use of the study to account for the small size, we are also looking for someone to agree a lease beginning the 5th of June to maintain the tenancy.
