I am looking for a very clean and easy going person to share my apartment with, unfortunately my last room mate has had to leave after 2 years and therefore I have to find someone else who appreciates nice things and is considerate and friendly. Share bathroom which has massage shower, bath etc, and small fully equipped kitchen, must be tidy and respectful of my home, outside terrace which is sunny in the afternoon and 2 mins from the number 11 bus terminal, 7 mins to tram terminal, ocean terminal 12 mins walk away and numerous other buses 5 mins walk away at harbour. Large wardrobe and storage cupboard. Shore restaurants and bars 15 min walk away. Any questions please ask.
