I’m a study abroad student from the US moving out at the end of December, and need someone to take over my tenancy from January 1st until July 2026.
Rent: £476.67 per month
Bills: Around £40 per month
Location: 156 Helmsley Road, Jesmond — close to Newcastle University/Northumbria and Jesmond metro.
House: Student house share with other students. They are fun people and very friendly. 3 of them are med students at Newcastle Uni from Leeds, and the other 2 are computer science majors, another from Leeds and one from Dubai.
Contract: Runs until July 2026
It’s a great spot for anyone studying in Newcastle for Semester 2 or needing a short-term place. Open to anything, message me even if you might need the place for only 4 months
The room is fully furnished, and the house has a shared kitchen, living room, and bathroom.
