I won't lie folks. I don't clean things immediately, I stay up very late! Room to let is small but currently empty. I sometimes do woodworking as well so may get noisy. I also have a fridge freezer. I have no dishwasher or tumble dryer. I have an air fryer but no Oven. But this would be great for those seeking to get unto the property ladder themselves. Rent is £500 every 4 weeks
