We are looking for a friendly and reliable flatmate to share our lovely 3-bedroom flat. One bedroom is currently available for you to make your own.
The rent is £530 per month, which includes Wi-Fi and all utility bills (electricity, gas, and water).
To secure your booking, we require a one-month deposit of £530, taken in advance. This deposit is fully returnable at the end of your contract, provided there is no damage to the room or its contents.
Please note that there is a one-month notice period for both parties. This applies if you wish to move out or if we require the room back.
The flat is located in Maryhill, just a couple of minutes' walk from the nearest bus stop, making it very convenient for getting around.

- Approximately 20 minutes by bus to Glasgow City Centre.
- Buses are also easily accessible for trips to the West End of Glasgow, with its vibrant cafes, shops, and attractions.
