I’m a creative artist looking for a flatmate in a house located right in the middle between Glasgow, Falkirk, and Edinburgh.

Super central with amazing access on a less than 30 minute drive either way.

Private double room for rent with great views up to the mountains.

Amazing location, if you enjoy peace after a day of work or just over to visit for the Fringe, Film Festivals etc around Scotland.

I’m respectful, easygoing, clean looking for the same.
Preferably singles, although couples may apply (price reflects single occupancy)

Looking for a clean, and considerate person that can keep the areas clean as we use them.

I am a non smoker and non smokers are preferable, although outside decking is perfect if you’d like to sit and enjoy it

* Carpet only in stairs and bedrooms
