You will have access to a downstairs bathroom that is only shared with one other person as the rest of the house uses the upstairs bathroom. The kitchen is a shared space with everything you need including a dishwasher. You can use all our pans cutlery and cooking utensils. You will also get your own cupboard plus your own designated space in both the fridge and freezer.
We have a cat in the house so please keep that in mind if you have allergies.
We are a quiet and relaxed household looking for a female tenant who is considerate tidy and respectful and naturally keeps shared areas clean. No late night parties or noise, just a peaceful and welcoming place to live.
