This is a newly renovated spacious cottage with a large, airy, well-equipped farmhouse style kitchen, which also has a dining area and a sofa. We have a separate pantry, utility room (with washing machine), and lounge.

It's an easy house to share, so you can enjoy your own company or else be more sociable in the communal kitchen. No other rooms are rented out.

You have storage in the kitchen, pantry and utility room, as well as use of the fridge freezer.

Street parking is straightforward and we are walking distance from the co-op in Watchfield and also Cafe Lush.

The rent includes bills and council tax. There is a £50pcm contribution towards the cleaner, which can be refunded pro rata if you are away for more than a week at any time.
