One double room available in a beautiful 3-bedroom flat in the heart of Peckham, just off Bellenden Road on Choumert Road. You’ll be living with us – two fun, professional housemates – Ellie and Namii (both 29). We both work hybrid roles, so we are either working in central or from home. We enjoy sharing the flat space together, cooking and having regular film nights, but very much enjoy being in our own spaces and respect each other's privacy. We also enjoy indulging in wine, yoga, gym, running, and nature adventures. We are looking for an open-minded, warm-hearted, fun-loving, and tidy housemate to join us in our girly home.
The flat, built by the architects in the office downstairs, has a beautiful open kitchen with an island and a Juliet balcony and dishwasher; a shared living room with in-built shelves and sofa and a TV and a big skylight; a nice and modern bathroom with shower (good water pressure) and a washing machine. The room overlooks the leafy street, has a super comfy bed, and build in wardrobe and shelves.
The flat is nestled between some beautiful local pubs – The Montpelier and The Victoria, and is only a few minutes walk from lots of cute bars a restaurants – The Sourcing Table, Artusi, Made of Dough, Forza Wine, Levan, Franks and Yadas (just to name a few!). Alongside this, you’ll be surrounded by beautiful shops and a short walk away from many more amazing SE London spots – Peckham Rye park, Lordship Lane (East Dulwich), Nunhead and Telegraph Hill. It’s about a 7-minute walk to Peckham Rye Station, which has the Overground for quick access to East London/ Clapham, and various other easy train lines (10 mins to London Bridge and 14 mins to Victoria). Permit parking is available along all nearby streets.

N. B. The landlord’s will require 3 months payslips for proof of income/ proof of employment and a reference, and they’ve also asked for an intro call once the third flatmate has been decided. We have gotten to know them well during our time in the flat, so it will be informal.
