-Rent: 495 pounds monthly excluding bills.
- Amenities: Fully furnished, spacious living room, modern kitchen, WiFi, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, oven.
- Transport: Close to 35 bus stop and 50 bus stop, If you own a car we have huge drive way
About Us:
We are lovely, friendly and caring housemates. You will be sharing house with people who are in there late 20's for a month and then it will be just as housemates are moving abroad. We enjoy a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. We appreciate our own space but also like to hang out, exercise, shopping, watch movies, and occasionally cook together. We all are working professionals very clean and tidy.
Bills:- Bills are not including in the rent all depends upon your usage utility bills(electricity+gas)+ council tax+ water.
You wouldn't regret choosing the room we have been living in this place from past 3 years. Lovely neighbourhood and amazing surrounding.
