Hello, I’m looking for an animal lover to rent out my newly converted loft. The room is very large and includes a sofa area and ensuite shower room. It is fully furnished and the room has never been lived in. You will be sharing the house with one female professional and 4 friendly cats who would love another lap to sit on.
The following is included:
- A cleaner comes every 2 weeks
- Your own ensuite with decent rainfall power shower
- Shared use of the kitchen including a dishwasher and everything you would expect in a kitchen
- Shared use of a dining room
- Shared use of front/back garden
- Shared use of a gym/guest room which includes a large matted area, rowing machine, cross trainer, exercise bike and mini-trampoline. With a monitor so you can put an exercise video on your laptop and watch TV at the same time
- Good view out the window
- Lots of storage space
- Space to store a bike
- A pond with very cute tadpoles some of the year, a pigeon family on the roof and swift boxes recently installed
- Unlimited cat cuddles
- All reasonable use of electricity/gas/water/council tax, there are solar panels so it would be too complicated to split the bills
- TV license & wi-fi
- A big Sainsburys is 2 minutes walk away, very convenient but just far enough away to not be annoying
- Easy walking distance to Sandy Park Road shops, Avonmeads, Bristol Temple Meads
- Easy commute to the city centre, close to good transport links
- A desk to work from home
- On street parking (during the day it’s easy to park, and late evening there is always space round the corner)
I am looking for an animal lover, veggie/vegan preferred, non-smoker, who’s just a reasonable human being. I sometimes work from home, sometimes in the office. I volunteer with animals, enjoy being active, nature, dancing, gardening, board games.
