Looking for a new flat mate to take over from my previous one. Spacious ground floor flat situated in Colinton Mains. Council Tax Band is D, great wifi, gas hob/heating. Rent is 550, plus bills is about 700 per month. Flat is warm and light. You would be taking the larger of the two rooms! Both front and back garden, great sun trap. Excellent bus connections throughout city, and a drive way if needed!
Pictures are from landlord before it was furnished by me and my previous flat mate. We have a fair amount of furniture now, bed and chest of draws included in your room, and a large wardrobe. Can be gotten rid of if you have you own things!
