Hi there, I am looking for a flatmate for a tenancy swap as my current flatmate is leaving. The property is a 2 bedroom fully furnished property with washing machine, dishwasher and other amenities. It has two bathrooms, so you will have main bathroom to yourself. Bills come around £50 pounds in summers and £65 in winters
You will be sharing this flat with me, a PhD researcher, 28,female, easy going, tidy , loves chatting sometimes but also respect personal space.
