Looking for a flatmate to share a well-loved flat

The flat is fully furnished and looked after - living room, kitchen, bathroom, all of it. Eclectic, lived-in, full of character.

The bedroom has a desk, chair, and wardrobe rail. If you need a mattress, that can be arranged.

I’m looking for someone who respects a space that already feels like home.

What matters to me: you tidy up after yourself - dishes, bathroom, kitchen - without needing a conversation about it. You have your own life and routines, and you’re comfortable living alongside someone who has theirs.

A few practicalities: minimal belongings in the shared spaces works best, the flat is already complete.

Working from home occasionally is fine; full-time WFH isn't the right fit here. Happy to discuss.

Friends over occasionally - no problem. This isn’t a party flat, but it’s not a monastery either.

Two minutes from the beach, seven from the city centre.

One more thing: there’s a black cat called Ezzy. He lives here too and he has opinions. If cats aren’t your thing, this probably isn’t the right fit.
