Description

I have good sized double rooms and a single room in a large four bed terraced house suitable for males between 18 to 23 years old who are straight, gay, or bi.

The rent is £400 per month and housing benefit is accepted. There is no deposit or rent in advance. All bills are included in the rent and there is no limit on maximum stay.

Each room has a TV, Virgin box broadband and internet/WiFi. They are all fully furnished. The property is located in a quiet area of Stonehouse and is about five minutes from the sea. There is a bus route to the city centre and Derriford Hospital. It is about a twenty minute walk to the city shopping area.

It is a quiet friendly house and I am a live-in owner. The rest of the house is shared - downstairs there is a front room, double bedroom, large kitchen, utility room with a washing machine (washing is included), dish washer and fridge freezer also a shower/toilet room. Upstairs there is one single and two double also a bathroom and toilet.

There are some good pubs in the area. There are lodgers who are working or at college who need to get up early, therefore I the am looking for quiet, honest, sociable people between the ages of 18 and 23. I prefer people who DO NOT stay awake all night.
