I'm looking for someone to take over the tenancy of a 44-week contract for a large standard room at Broadgate Park, right across the road from the University of Nottingham's University Park Campus West Entrance. The contract started on 18/09/26 and runs to 23/07/27. Broadgate Park are partnered with the University of Nottingham, therefore in order to take on tenancy you must be an undergraduate student at the University of Nottingham and sign a tenancy agreement with Broadgate Park.

This is a spacious 5 bedroom flat, surrounded by green space and located on the top floor of a large house towards the edge of the Broadgate Park student village. The flat includes 4 showers and 3 toilets, however one shower is being repaired. There is also a large kitchen with plenty of space to store cooking supplies.
