Fully furnished double room with King-size bed to rent in our 5-bed semi-detached family home. We are a busy but sociable family of four looking for a sociable, tidy, lodger. We are a professional couple with two 'polite' teenage boys. Non-smoking/vaping household.
You would have shared use of a large kitchen diner & utility room with all mod cons: washer, dryer, dishwasher, own fridge-freezer etc. There are two reception rooms and three bathrooms all furnished to a high standard. There is also a walled garden for sunny breakfasts on the veranda and evening BBQ’s.

Our home is within 2 minutes of the Bristol-Bath cycle track so it’s only 20 mins by bike to Bristol city centre. Otherwise, with on-street parking, it’s 10 minutes by car or 25 mins by direct bus. Ideally located to junction 2 of the M32, UWE campus & the MOD, we are also only 10 minutes’ walk to local shops in Fishponds & Eastville park with beautiful walks along the Frome river valley.
Available immediately on a rolling monthly contract £800 per calendar month (rent due for full monthly basis starting from day of moving in). One months rent in advance also required as deposit. Includes super fast Wi-Fi & all utility bills. Couples (including LGBTQ) welcome but £100 extra PCM to cover extra costs in bills etc. Viewings welcome.
