A large double room with the shared bathroom and kitchen to rent.

The property is 5 minutes-walk from high street where you find all your local shops and 1 min walk from the bus stop.

It's clean and friendly house, hence I do the cleaning myself, so you can relax. 

Your room has the benefits of being light, large and furnished with office desk. But should you have your own furniture you are welcome to bring it, I am sure we can find a way to fit all your stuff here.
 
Accepting working professionals mainly, but uni students are welcomed also.

The property is in a highly-sought after area, so I would need from you 2 week’s notice only, should you decide to leave. I would prefer a tenant for a longer tenancy but if shorter stay is required, we can always discuss it further on the property visit. 

The deposit terms: only 2 weeks of rent (345) +1 month rent paid in advance, so if you need to move out we're happy that you give 2 weeks’ notice, and the last 6 weeks of your stay you don’t pay no more.

Rent is £690.00 per month, bills included with private parking outside property and the rear garden to relax.
