- I am the home owner and you will be sharing the flat with me and another tennant. Sharing with less people means that you will have MORE PRIVACY.

-I am not just looking for someone to share the bills but to talk and have meals when ever we feel like it.

- My flat is 5 minutes walk away from the Lewisham Shopping Centre. There are plenty of shops, supermarkets and restaurants within walking distance from my flat.

- My flat is about 10 minutes walk from Lewisham train station. There are frequent trains to Charing Cross, Victoria, Cannon Street. DLR will take you to Canary wharf in 20 mins. There are plenty of night buses. Lewisham is a very accessible location.

- All bills inclusive.

- Shared lounge, kitchen and bathroom.

- WIFI access, laundry machine and dishwasher.

- No couples
