I have a double fully furnished bedroom in Fishponds (BS16) available now to share in a nice and friendly house with another 2 friendly professionals (age from 30 to 40): one musician/engineer, another working in the MOD and sometimes myself making Natural History films (I am often travelling and hardly in the house so most part of the time will be two people at the house plus you)
The room is for non-smoker couple. Interested in living in a nice, clean and tidy environment. The house has several amenities (smart TV/internet/etc) and it is in a very quiet street. Ideal for people with a car and as it's a bit far from the city center but easy to park around.
The rent is £780/month for a single person willing to have space in a nice shared house.

The same amount of deposit would be required.
The rent include bills and shared household items.
