The room has two windows a double bed and extremely large wardrobe with mirrors and Moroccan sofa with table as a seating area. I have done this because there is no communal sitting room. It’s a room only with a shared bathroom and a shared kitchen. I am looking for a professional female. I have just renovated the interior of the property. The exterior is still to be done. It doesn’t look amazing from the outside but that’s due to be done by the end of April. I ask for 1 months deposits which is £650 and a £400 deposit which you’ll get back once you decide to leave. I ask for 2 months notice before you leave. Watford junction is a 15 minute walk from my house. 5 minutes walk to Tesco express on St Albans road. And 15minted to Asda at the dome roundabout
