Hi. I am renting my daughter’s bedroom as she left for university. Two min walk to Gospel Oak station and buses, 15min to Camden Town, 30min to Soho.
The rent is £1000 and includes bills and monthly cleaner.
The bedroom is large, as is the flat in general, with two WCs, two balconies, one giving directly onto beautiful Hampstead Heath.
The room is for a single person, *occasional* visit from partner/family can be arranged.
Please note - I have a cat 🙂 and do not have a dish washer, though my kitchen is very well equipped for cooking.
