RENT & BENEFITS

**Rent: £550 per calendar month per person**

The rent has been set with reference to the **One-Bedroom Local Housing Allowance (LHA) rate**.

If you qualify for the full One-Bedroom LHA rate, your Universal Credit housing costs may cover your £550 monthly rent contribution.

**Tenants are responsible for Council Tax, gas, electricity, water and other household bills.**

Your actual housing support will depend on your individual circumstances and benefit entitlement.

JOINT TENANCY

The successful applicant will enter into a **new joint tenancy with the existing tenant**, with a total property rent of £1,100 per calendar month.

We are looking for someone reliable, respectful and happy to share a home with another person.

The existing tenant will be involved in selecting a compatible housemate.

Please note that under a joint tenancy, both tenants are jointly and severally responsible for the full contractual rent.
