The rent is £750 pcm with a £750 deposit plus gas and electric which are on average £80 pm (£40 each gas and elec) per person, but this may of course go up or down in the current climate all other bills included. The gas and electric is on a pre pay smart meter and basically rotates between all of us so that it never runs out. this means that you should be topping up every 4 weeks, but could be 3 weeks if there was higher consumption. All other bills are included.

House has cable Virgin TV and wireless and wired (1gb) internet which is included in the rent.
5 min walk to New Eltham station (Zone 4) with regular trains to London Bridge/Charring Cross.
