It's a small, cozy double room with plenty of light looking onto the quiet garden.
You'd be sharing with 4 other female students.
It's a clean, calm flat share so they are looking for someone that can keep it that way. Other flatmates are between ages 21 and 23 and in their final year of an undergraduates or Masters.
The flat itself has a living room attached to the newly remodelled kitchen, modern bathroom, dishwasher, washing machine AND dryer.
It's on a side street right off Leith Walk, just a couple minutes walk away from the tram and bus stops, yet tucked away from the busy street noises. There's so many shops and businesses nearby, and Princes Street Street is about 20/25 minutes by foot. It's a lovely flat and I'm sad to leave it, but I am moving due to a last minute offer from some friends.
