Heyy Guys!
I’m Junior and my current flatmate who is part of this join tenancy will be moving out soon. I really love this flat so I’m looking for a flatmate!
What I’m looking for:
Preferably long term, lgbt friendly(obviously), I enjoy socializing and also having my own space, preferably someone that I can be friends with because we do need to get along well if we are living together and last but not least, someone tidy!!!
Preferably professionals and if it’s a student they will have to help with council tax which currently would be around £80 for each.
Internet is £13 each
Electricity it’s around £50-60 throughout most of the year.
There’s 2 bathroom so we don’t have to share it!
I own the couches, coffee table, dinning table and chairs so they will remain in the flat. The room is unfurnished.
